Tate Center Rules and Regulations

General Expectations

Olde Hickory Mill Park (“OHMP”) created and maintains the Tate Center (the “Center”) for the purpose of promoting the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health and well-being of the community it serves (the “Purpose”). These rules and regulations are intended to foster an environment which allows the Purpose to be most effectively accomplished for the greatest good of this community. Given that no set of rules and regulations can address every situation which may occur at the Center, all Center users are expected, at all times, to exercise sound judgment and conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the Purpose. To that end, all users should exercise appropriate care to protect themselves and others from injury while in the Center, protect the Center and equipment located therein from damage, and honor others’ use and enjoyment of the Center. Your use of the Center in this way will help ensure it remains a valued resource for the betterment of our community.
